The bladder is one of the main organs in the urinary system and it stores urine following production by the kidneys until the body can release it. Urine is a waste substance produced by the kidneys as they filter our blood of toxins and other unneeded elements. Up to 150 liters of blood are filtered per day by kidneys, but only around two liters of waste actually pass down the ureters to the bladder.
The urinary system teaches us about personal responsibility, letting go of beliefs and feelings that are no longer serving us and learning how to forgive ourselves and others.
The urinary system begins to break down when we feel the inability to forgive and let go, irritation, anger, and chronic frustration toward self and others.
