Cardiovascular is an organ system that permits blood to circulate and transport nutrients (such as amino acids and electrolytes), oxygen, carbon dioxide, hormones, and blood cells to and from the cells in the body to provide nourishment and help in fighting diseases, stabilize temperature and pH, and maintain homeostasis.
Our blood flows around a network of pipes and tubes called blood vessels, pumped by our heart, on a nonstop, never-ending journey around our body — the blood vessels, together with the heart and blood, all part of the circulatory system.
The circulatory system provides sustenance and nurturing to our four bodies. It teaches us about relationships with self, others, and the world. The circulatory system begins to break down when we blame ourselves and others for our mistakes and experiences. Suppressing chronic toxic of anger, fear, and guilts has tremendous side effects on our heart, vessels and blood. To heal the entire Cardiovascular system, we need to be willing to forgive and closed-minded up to love.
