Should We Just Focusing on Positive, Love, Light and Peace and Stop Focusing on Our Problems? Since What You Resist, Persists?

According to the Law of Attraction, “what you resist persists” means that the more you focus on negative thoughts and feelings, the more likely you are to attract more negativity into your life. In other words, if you resist something by giving it a lot of attention and energy, you may end up attracting more of it into your experience.

For example, if you are worried about not having enough money, and you constantly focus on the negative aspects of your financial situation, such as your debt or bills, you may be attracting more financial struggles into your life. The more you resist the idea of not having enough money, the more you reinforce that belief and attract situations that confirm it.

Some of the SRT Students and practitioners ask me, the more I am focusing on my problems, the more things manifested for me to clear.

Shouldn’t we just focusing on Positive Side, and only focus on light, peace, and love? And ignoring the digging and clearing work? Regardless SRT, BodyMaitre, Inner and Shadow Work. Or any form of Law of Attraction works.

From my own personal view and perspective, the statement of What you Resist, Persists. Has been misinterpreted and distorted to a dangerous level in many religious and new age practices.

It is true that if you hold your attention on to something, it will attract and come to you, manifest or whatever. Even in the simplest principle, making things relevant to you that were there before but you simply did not have an eye for them, therefore they were invisible to you.

“I know that _________ is going to happen, I just know it’s going to… watch. It will, I just know it.”

If you hold your attention on something negative it will also appear more to you, but if you resist, ignore and reject whatever is negative, then you will have an increased focused attention on to whatever you are resisting with the added effect of such emotions, and if you add fear into the equation then it will hold an attention span of strength that is considerably stronger than other things that may be contrary to whatever you resist.

So, strictly speaking, whatever you are resisting is manifesting more on you. Focus plus attention, plus rejection plus emotion like fear, escapism, and avoidance and such. People fall into that sort of trap and they are continuously living in their own nightmares.

Observe, Not Resist.

So, focusing with an observant eye is different and has an effect contrary to this one, because you, in neutrality, analyse whatever you do not want, analyse why you do not want it, and you use it as a reference point to clear out in your mind’s eye and knowing and aware of what you do really want.

So, we are not resisting whatever we don’t like, we recognize that we do not want it, but we fully understand what it is and why it is, so we confront and face it. Through self-awareness and realization. And that will dissolve fear, because fear is mostly, if not entirely, formed by not knowing, not understanding that what we fear. You fear the unknown, but once it is known then you lose the fear towards whatever it is or was. This has an effect where we incorporate whatever we do not want into ourself as a reference point, as a contrast for whatever we do want. It becomes a part of us, and we then control those negative aspects of ourself as we do not fear them.

The idea behind this saying is that the energy and attention you put into resisting something actually reinforces its hold on you. Instead of pushing against something, it may be more effective to identify it, acknowledge it, accept it, neutralize it, and then focus your energy on creating positive change or finding a solution. That is what BodyMaitre all about.

It is about Inner Shadow work + Manifestation Work. Both should work hand in hand.

For example, if you have a fear of public speaking, trying to suppress or ignore that fear may only make it more intense. Instead, acknowledging the energies behind the fear, neutralize it and cultivating what you really want and working to overcome it by practicing public speaking or seeking support may help to reduce its hold on you.

Another example, if you are worried about not having enough money, and you constantly focus on the negative aspects of your financial situation, such as your debt or bills, you may be attracting more financial struggles into your life. The more you resist the idea of not having enough money, the more you reinforce that belief and attract situations that confirm it. By observing and acknowledge the fear and energies within your four bodies, neutralize the root causes and deliberating know exactly what you want to manifest, attract and create.

Overall, the message is that sometimes the best way to deal with a problem is to confront it directly rather than resisting or avoiding it.

So, think only positively only ignoring what´s there. If you ignore it for it to go away, and you think you are not resisting it… it will eat you alive. Same as if you try to ignore the hungry tiger stalking behind you.

We simply light the truth on it. Dismantling the shadow´s lies.

In a contrast, we also shouldn’t just focus only on clearing the negative without deliberating creating the life that we want. Just like when you breath out, you also breath in naturally. You wouldn’t keep on breathing out without breathing in.

When you remove something, you replace something back.
