Psychic Attacks – Part 2

Psychic Attacks – Part 2

Continuing on psychic attacks, let’s take a look at curses.

We are driving happily along the road.  Suddenly, a car veers into our lane barely missing collecting our fender.  What would we do?  Chances are we react.  Not only do we blast our horn, we would in all likelihood let go an expletive worthy of a “bleep” on national television.  And to top that off nicely, curse the driver.  We have just psychically attacked the driver of the other vehicle.

A seemingly common daily occurrence like that is a psychic attack.  We would have sent the driver either psychic needles, psychic darts or psychic bullets, depending on the intensity of our energies when we let go our expletive.  Plus the curse is also a psychic attack.  The energy of the curse would be lodged in the other driver’s energy bodies.  We all attack other people psychically everyday (and get attacked too) and chances are we don’t even know we are doing that.  Likewise, we are also constantly subject to psychic attacks and chances are those sending us psychic attacks are not even aware they are attacking us psychically.  Therefore, it is important for us to be aware of our thoughts and be very vigilant of our thoughts, so that we think first before sending out negative thoughts which would become a psychic attack on others.

Did you also know that we can attack ourselves psychically?  We are doing something and did it the long way instead of the shorter method.  When we realise that, chances are we will chide ourselves “Stupid me!  Why didn’t I think of that?”  That, in itself, is a psychic attack on ourselves.  The energies will be lodged in our energy bodies as psychic needles, darts or bullets and even curses.  Yes, we can attack ourselves psychically and yes, we indeed have to be careful with our thoughts.

Psychic Attacks

Psychic Attacks

A couple of years ago, I attended a workshop on Psychic Attack and Protection.  I was told I had psychic needles, psychic darts and psychic bullets in my etheric body.  In the hundreds!  I was shocked.  That was the first time I heard of psychic needles, darts and bullets.  Those psychic needles, darts and bullets were removed during the workshop.

But what is a psychic attack and what are these psychic needles, psychic darts and psychic bullets, you may ask.  To put it generally, a psychic attack is an interference with our energetic field or a psychic or energetic influence exerted on us without our permission.  Psychic attacks can be intentional and unintentional but are large unintentional.  Psychic attacks can also vary in intensity.

Very often we send negative thoughts to other people, more often unintentionally.  The intensity of those negative thoughts will get lodged in the other person’s energy field as psychic needles, psychic darts and psychic bullets.  Psychic needles would be the least intense psychic attack by thought form and psychic bullets are the most intense.

Psychic needles, darts and bullets are one of many forms of psychic attack.  There are other forms of psychic attacks which include curses, negative elementals, psychic implements, negative implants, psychic vampirism, and attacks by spirits hereditary spirits, earthbound spirits, wild nature spirits, addicted spirits and elemental spirits.  These other form of psychic attacks will be the subject of future articles.

For now, let’s take a look at psychic needles, darts and bullets, the most common form of psychic attack.  When we are under psychic attack, those of us who are sensitive to energy can feel it.  For those of us who can’t sense or feel a psychic attack, some of the symptoms of psychic attacks to look out for include feelings of anxiety, a sense of impending doom, depressions, sensations or pressure in the chakras, sharp and sudden pains, bad dreams, disturbed sleep, headaches, migraines, discomfort, dis-ease, feeling drained, fatigued or tired.  (If you feel drained, fatigued or tired and you’ve been partying hard and late and not getting enough rest, chances are it is not a psychic attack…).

It is good practice to clear ourselves of psychic needles, darts and bullets from our energetic bodies.  It is like cleaning our physical bodies, like picking out stuff stuck in our hair or other stuff stuck on our bodies.  Psychic needles, darts and bullets can interfere with our energy system and cause an imbalance in our energetic bodies, particularly in our etheric body.    Most times, psychic needles, darts and bullets are found lodged in our chakras.  However, they can also be found lodged in other parts of the body (in the etheric body).

How do we remove psychic needles, darts and bullets?  I have learned several methods or clearing myself of psychic needles, darts and bullets.  One effective and yet simple to use method is by dowsing to find out if I have psychic needles, darts and bullets.  If I have them, I will then dowse to find out where in my energetic bodies those psychic needles, darts and bullets are lodged.  I have found them in my chakras and various body parts, such as, shoulder blade, the back, and abdomen.  Once the locations are identified, I go within in meditation and, working with the Ascended Masters from the Light, visualise those psychic needles, darts and bullets deactivated, neutralised and finally removed from my four body system.

I also protect myself from psychic attacks by calling for energetic protection.  There are various methods of energetic protection.  Use the ones you are comfortable with.  For me, I call for the Bubble of Golden White Light as well as the Giant Platinum Net.  Energetic protection does help to a large extent to keep negative energies out of our energy system, but we have to recognise that the energetic protection that we call for are only as good as we stay in a positive frame of mind and in equanimity.  The moment we have a negative thought or run negative emotions, the energetic protection will dissolve and cease to function.  I call for protection again, as soon as I realise I have had a negative thought or I had experienced some negative emotions.  We have to be vigilant of our thoughts.  Another way to protect ourselves from external negative influence or psychic attacks is to work with our four-body system to ensure that all four bodies are balanced.  A balanced energetic body resonates at a high frequency.  It is when the frequency of our energetic bodies drop that we become vulnerable to external negative influence or psychic attacks.

These days, in addition to my own practice of energetic protection and clearing of external negative influence or psychic attacks, I am also working with BodyMetta, HeartMetta, MindMetta and SoulMetta to keep my four bodies balanced and thus not only feeling good but also protecting myself and my four-bodies system form external negative influence or psychic attacks.  In SoulMetta particularly, you would be able to identify the type of external negative influence or psychic attacks on your etheric body and organs and you will of course learn how to clear and remove them from your etheric body and organs.

There is a lot more to psychic attacks and the materials could fill a book.  In SoulMetta, you will explore in greater detail and depth other forms of psychic attacks and how to clear them and protect yourself from them.  In the meantime, I hope this brief article has given you an idea or synopsis of psychic attacks in the form of psychic needles, darts and bullets.

The Four-Body System

The Four-Body System

We tend to identify ourselves only with our physical bodies as it is the most familiar of our four-body system.  All enjoyment, pleasure, ills and pains are experienced through our physical body.  However, besides our physical body we have other subtle bodies which we do not see, feel or sense with our five physical senses.  These bodies are our Emotional Body, Mental Body and Spiritual Body.  There are also higher bodies connected to different planes of existence.

Much of our illness, pains, discomforts and dis-ease in our physical body stems from the imbalances in the higher bodies.  As our thoughts create our reality, our thoughts create our emotions.  When we are happy and have positive emotions, we feel good.  When we are sad, angry, depressed or carry negative emotions, we do not feel good.  This translates to discomforts and dis-ease in our physical body.  If the emotions are strong enough, they can create havoc in the physical body.  Many illnesses and health problems are caused by imbalances in our Emotional and Mental Bodies.  The imbalance in our Emotional and Mental Bodies will step down into our Physical Body and will manifest as health problems, aches and pains.

The Physical Body is the physical vehicle as we know it.  It is closely surrounded by the etheric body, which is the subtler counterpart to the Physical Body.  The etheric body interpenetrates (as do the other bodies) the physical body and can be likened to a blueprint of the physical body.  The etheric body gives vitality, health, life and organisation to the physical body.  It also attunes our consciousness to the principle of energy.  The etheric body also steps energies from our higher bodies down into our physical consciousness.  Our physical body contains 13 major organ systems which work together systematically to keep us alive, harmonious and active and, each organ system and each organ plays a specific role related to our health and development.

The Emotional Body is the storehouse of our emotions.  Each and every emotion, positive and negative, that we have ever expressed are stored in our Emotional Body.  The Emotional Body is very dynamic.  It allows us to express any form of feeling and expression. The most common types of emotions are happiness, joy, love, sadness, unhappiness, anger, frustration, or just feeling low.

The Mental Body is the storehouse of our thoughts.  It records each and every thought, positive and negative, that we have ever had.  A typical human being has as average of 40,000 to 80,000 thought forms a day.  Out of those thought forms, more than 80% are negative thought forms!  Most of us have been programmed with different types of beliefs, mental scripts, and perception by the society, family, authority, media, friends, or loved ones.  These influence us even if they have a productive or destructive outcome. Unfortunately, most of the programming has a negative effect in our life.

There are many terms in the spiritual movement for the Spiritual Body, some call it Soul, Aura, Energy Fields, Higher Body, or Light Body.  It is the body that cannot be seen by the physical human eye.  Of course, a very small number of people may be able to see the Spiritual Body with their higher psychism.  The Spiritual Body is also called the light body, the essence and the vehicle for the soul, formed comprising the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, atmic, monadic, cosmic and other higher light bodies.  Each body has its own unique function.  The main purpose of the higher light bodies is to supply life force energy to the lower bodies, to guide the lower bodies, and also to serve as a bridge to the multi-dimensional worlds.  There are different levels of higher bodies and they become active with growth in different levels of spiritual consciousness.

What Does Self-Love Mean?

What Does Self-Love Mean?

“What do you mean when you say you love yourself?”,  Darreck asked, one evening when we were having drinks (no, not alcohol but exciting tea).

“Well, I’d pamper myself, maybe go for a holiday, go buy myself something nice, have a nice meal at a nice restaurant.”, I replied.

“What else?”, Darreck continued asking.

“I suppose it also means drawing my boundaries, knowing when to say “No”, and taking care of myself.  I mean, physically.

“What about loving the other bodies?”, Darreck asked.

“What other bodies?”, I countered.

“Do you love your other bodies?”, Darreck asked further.  That set me thinking.

More often than not when we are asked how we love ourselves, we would think of pampering ourselves, treating ourselves by buying ourselves something nice, going for a holiday, having a meal in a nice restaurant or pampering ourselves in a spa.  Some of us may go a step further in taking care of our physical bodies in terms of exercise, diet and well-being.  However, the four bodies?  I am aware that we have four bodies – the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual (more on our four-body system later in another article).  But loving each of them as though they were individuals like how I love my family and other people?  Now, that was something new to me.

Learning BodyMaitre’s core modules with Darreck turned out to be a shift in awareness for me.  I am now more aware of my four bodies and aware that each of my four bodies has its own consciousness and intelligence.  It amazed me to find what I hold in my bodies from one issue that caused physical discomfort and even pain.  One example:  I experienced pain in my legs for no apparent reason.  When I sat down and starting working with BodyMaitre, I found out that the pain in my legs was caused by my reluctance to move forward in a couple of aspects of my life.  I was startled but it was true.  I was indeed hesitant to move forward in a couple of aspects of my life.  After checking the energies related to those issues, I found that not only did I hold energies in my physical body on those issues, I also held negative or discordant energies on the issue in my mental and emotional bodies.  These energies had stepped down to my physical body and my bodies were using that to tell me that something in my being was amiss.  I was blown away.  Using BodyMaitre’s method, I communicated with all of my bodies in the 4-body system, identified all energies held with respect to the two issues and worked on clearing them.  After clearing the energies held in my 4-body system, the pain in my legs were gone and after making the appropriate attitudinal adjustments with respect to the two issues which I was procratinating about, they are now moving forward smoothly.  By now I was even more amazed.

I found that in the process of working with BodyMaitre, I achieved an understanding and awareness that our four bodies do really have their own awareness and consciousness and deserve to be treated like buddies or lovers.  After 40 plus years of neglect and ignoring my four bodies, I came to learn that loving myself is not all about physical pleasures and emotional pleasures of holidays, travels, retail therapy and spas.  It is more than that; a lot more.  It is also loving my physical body, my emotional body, my mental body and my spiritual body.  It is about treating my four bodies right by not holding negative and discordant energies in them.  Negative or discordant energies in our four bodies will cause imbalances in the four bodies and these imbalances will step down to the physical.  We will feel this imbalances as discomfort or dis-ease.  Another lesson that I learned is that when my 4-bodies are in sync and in agreement, things that I do go smoothly.  So, what does self-love mean?  I know I now have a different perspective of what Self-Love means and it not just about loving me, me and me.  It is about loving me and my four-bodies.
